Why Chandragiri's height is an economic decision
A tall arabica and a compact arabica are not two aesthetic options. They are two different farm business models, and the difference shows up in four places.
Planting layout. A smaller canopy occupies less horizontal space, so more trees fit between the same rows. That is the entire point of a compact arabica. The general principle applies here with unusual force: a variety name on a bag is not a quality grade.
